The Base Theater can be reserved for base function (e.g. Commander's Call, trainings, awards ceremonies) through the Outdoor Recreation Center.

Complete the following form to submit a reservation request.  To download, click on image and save PDF file.  When form is fully completed e-mail it with the subject line "THEATER - REQUEST - (YOUR ORGANIZATION)"to orcairbase2@gmail.com.

Please note, this form only serves as a request.  If theater is not available, you receive an e-mail noting your request has been denied.  Requests not fully completed will be sent back.

To ensure the theater is reserved for your function, it is always best to come to the Outdoor Recreation Center for a signed copy of request.
